Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By registering for and participating in the Suraxon Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Commission and Payouts

• The standard commission rate is 20% per successful subscription purchase.
• Suraxon reserves the right to change the commission price at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future referrals.
• Suraxon may, at its sole discretion, assign a special custom commission rate to specific affiliates.
• Payouts are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI once the minimum threshold is reached and a payout request is submitted.

3. Account Termination & Violations

Suraxon maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, spam, and policy violations. Your affiliate account will be immediately terminated, and all pending commissions will be forfeited if you:

• Use spam techniques (unsolicited email, SMS, or direct messages) to promote your referral link.
• Misrepresent Suraxon or make false claims about our features or pricing.
• Use our referral links on illegal, adult, or otherwise harmful websites.
• Attempt to defraud the system by creating fake accounts or using stolen credit cards.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Suraxon, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program. Suraxon makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Affiliate Program or any products sold through it. By joining, you agree that Suraxon shall not face any legal liabilities or problems arising from your promotional activities.

5. Modification of Terms

Suraxon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
