When you install Suraxon on any device, you confirm that you possess the necessary legal authority and consent to monitor it. Should you realize that the software was installed on a device without proper authorization, you must immediately contact us at contact@suraxon.com for assistance with its removal.
Our software is licensed to you, not sold. Suraxon retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate services if we discover any misuse of the application.
You commit to using our website and software strictly within the bounds of applicable laws, and you will not allow third parties to use it illegally. Suraxon bears no responsibility for how you choose to deploy our software.
You understand that installing our application requires direct, physical access to the target device.

Acceptance

Using the Suraxon website and services signifies that you have thoroughly read and accepted all of our policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement.
Suraxon reserves the right to update or alter these policies at any time without prior warning. Updated versions will be posted online and take immediate effect. If you disagree with any modifications, you must cease using our services immediately.

Monitoring

Suraxon is designed strictly for: (a) parents monitoring their underage children, (b) employers monitoring company-owned devices with the explicit consent of the employees, or (c) tracking your personal devices. Under no circumstances may our software be used for illicit, unethical, or unlawful purposes.
Installing this software on an individual's device without their knowledge and exploiting their data is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in instant account termination without a refund. Furthermore, we fully cooperate with law enforcement to prevent any misuse of our technology.
All monitored data must be accessed and downloaded exclusively through your online Suraxon dashboard. We do not provide physical data transfer services at our office locations.
You are granted a temporary, revocable license to use Suraxon; the software itself remains the exclusive property of our company.
Account creation requires accurate billing details and payment information.
Suraxon only retains basic account identifiers, such as your email address and user ID.
We do not store your financial data; all payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways.
Suraxon is not liable for data breaches or leaks occurring on external or third-party servers.
You accept full responsibility for the installation process on the target device, holding Suraxon harmless from any associated consequences.
You agree to strictly adhere to the installation and usage guidelines provided on our website.
Sharing your account access with third parties is strictly forbidden. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

Subscription

Prior to subscribing, you must familiarize yourself with all of our operational policies and terms.
A subscription is only activated upon successful payment of the required license fees. Unpaid requests will be automatically dismissed.
Accurate billing details are mandatory. If you are uncomfortable sharing necessary personal details for payment processing, we advise against subscribing, as absolute digital security can never be entirely guaranteed.
Your active subscription time starts from the moment of installation. However, you must install the software within your purchased timeframe, or you may forfeit the subscription duration.
The application functions solely for the duration of your active license. To avoid service interruption, you must renew your subscription prior to expiration, as the software will cease operating immediately once the period lapses.
You may not access accounts belonging to others. If your registration data is found to be fraudulent or inaccurate, we may suspend your account permanently without issuing a refund.
The security of your account and its credentials is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach involving your account, you must inform us instantly.
We are not accountable for any damages resulting from compromised account access.
You may cancel your subscription at your convenience via the online dashboard. Please be aware that voluntary cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

Software Application

Use of Suraxon must comply entirely with our published policies. Any violation immediately revokes your right to utilize the application or claim support.
Suraxon reserves the authority to suspend licenses, disable functionality, or alter software features at any moment without prior notification. These decisions are final, and we will not entertain claims regarding feature changes or service suspension.

We offer dedicated support via email, live chat, and phone calls for active subscribers. In-person support at our corporate offices is not available.

Refund

All refunds are processed strictly according to our Refund Policy, which you must read prior to purchase. This policy is an integral part of our mutual agreement.
Refund requests that fall outside the defined parameters of our Refund Policy will be categorically denied.

Compatibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the target device meets our technical requirements before attempting installation. We provide detailed prerequisites on our Compatibility page.
Please do not purchase or attempt to install the software if the intended device is incompatible.
Failure to verify compatibility prior to purchase invalidates any subsequent claims for a refund.
If you inadvertently install the app on an incompatible device, you have a 7-day grace period to transfer your license to a compatible phone at no extra cost. Your subscription timeframe remains unchanged, but a refund will not be granted.

Uninstall

Removing the software from the monitored device voluntarily disqualifies you from any refund eligibility. Following uninstallation, associated data will be automatically purged from our servers within 48 hours.
Should you wish to reinstall the application after removing it, a reinstatement fee equal to 50% of the active license cost will apply.
We cannot guarantee successful reinstallation due to varying technical conditions, and failure to reinstall does not warrant a refund.

Security

You acknowledge that your financial details are submitted directly to independent third-party payment gateways, which operate entirely separately from Suraxon.
Any personal data transmitted to our servers is securely encrypted, rendering it inaccessible even to our team. We do not accept liability for breaches occurring at third-party endpoints.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password is required. We are immune from any damages stemming from lost or stolen login credentials.
We do not store plain-text passwords; we only maintain cryptographic hashes. Therefore, your password is known only to you, and we are completely indemnified from disputes regarding leaked passwords.
We do not oversee or dictate your specific use case for the software. By using our tool, you accept full legal responsibility for your actions and must comply with local laws.
Suraxon strictly prohibits the exploitation of its tools for illegal surveillance or any acts that violate personal privacy rights.

Mandatory Requirements To Be A User

To use our services, you must be of sound mind, legally considered an adult (18 years or older), and legally permitted to utilize such software in your jurisdiction.
During setup, you confirm that you are either monitoring your own minor child, or an employee on a company-owned device who has provided documented, uncoerced consent.
Installation requires explicit, voluntary consent from the device owner. Any deviation from this requirement places full liability on you, absolving Suraxon of any responsibility.

Software Updates

We are constantly improving our application. Consequently, we may deploy automatic updates or feature adjustments without prior notice, which you agree to accept as part of the evolving service.

Intellectual Property

All Suraxon logos, trademarks, and branding materials are proprietary. Unauthorized usage constitutes infringement and may lead to legal action. We appreciate reports of any brand misuse.
Our website, applications, and related services are fully protected by international copyright and trademark regulations.

Disclaimer

Suraxon is provided on an "as-is" basis without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, flawless execution, or zero downtime. Using our software is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
If your local jurisdiction prohibits the exclusion of implied warranties, you are instructed not to use our software. However, any disputes shall fall strictly under the jurisdiction we designate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suraxon disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform and software.
Under no circumstances will Suraxon's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the service or a nominal limit defined by our policies.

Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend, and hold Suraxon, its employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

Assignment

Suraxon holds the right to assign or transfer its obligations and rights under these Terms to any third party at our sole discretion, without requiring your consent.
You may not transfer or assign your account or obligations under these terms to another party without our explicit written permission.

Usage Restrictions

Suraxon is exclusively intended for monitoring children or employees with explicit consent. Any covert monitoring of non-consenting individuals is a direct violation of our terms, leading to instant service termination and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
