Unlimited Device Changes — No Extra Cost
At Suraxon, we understand that circumstances change. The device you originally set up for monitoring may be replaced, upgraded, lost, or reset — and when that happens, your subscription shouldn't go to waste. Suraxon allows unlimited device changes throughout the life of your active subscription at no additional charge.
If you need to transfer monitoring to a new Android device, simply use the "Change Device" option from within your Suraxon dashboard. A new APK and setup instructions will be made available, and you can complete installation on the new device following the same simple process as the original setup.
How Device Change Works
- Log into your Suraxon dashboard using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Device Management section.
- Select Change Device and confirm the action.
- Download the new APK link sent to your registered email.
- Install Suraxon on the new target Android device following the guide.
- Your subscription resumes seamlessly on the new device.

How many times can I change devices during my subscription?
Suraxon allows unlimited device changes at no extra cost. You can switch to a new target device as many times as needed during your active subscription period.
What happens to the data from the old device after I change?
All previously collected data from the old device remains in your dashboard for the standard 30-day retention period and can be reviewed at any time before it expires.
Can I monitor more than one device at the same time?
Each Suraxon subscription covers one active target device at a time. To monitor multiple devices simultaneously, you will need a separate subscription for each additional device.
Does the new device need to be the same brand or model?
No. Any Android device running version 9.0 or above is compatible with Suraxon, regardless of brand or model. Your device change can be to any supported Android smartphone.
