Account & Registration Information: When you register an account or sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your basic profile details, including your full name and email address. This information is used strictly to identify your account, secure your sessions, and communicate critical service updates.
Google User Data Disclosure: When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, Suraxon accesses only your verified Google email address and public display name. We do not access your private emails, Google Drive files, contacts list, or passwords. Your Google credentials are never shared or utilized for advertising purposes.
Billing & Payment Data: When purchasing a subscription, transaction details are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe). Suraxon does not store complete debit/credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
Parental Supervision & Device Data: Through our parental control services, configured strictly with parent authorization, the platform processes:
- Location Information: Precise and approximate GPS location coordinates to deliver real-time map tracking, route history, and geofencing safety alerts to parents.
- App Activity & Screen Time: Installed application lists and application usage metrics to help parents establish healthy screen time limits.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version (Android 9–16), battery level, and network connectivity state to ensure seamless syncing.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used solely for delivering and improving our parental supervision platform:

To provide real-time location mapping and parental safety monitoring.

3. Data Security & 256-Bit Encryption

Security is the foundation of our architecture. Once generated, all data transmitted between user devices and our servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS 256-bit encryption.

Your monitoring data is stored in isolated, access-controlled databases behind rigorous firewall protections. No unauthorized personnel or third-party entity can access your private dashboard data without your explicit permission.

4. Data Retention & Automated Purging

To minimize data exposure and uphold privacy principles, Suraxon enforces an automated 30-day global data purging schedule. All recorded activity history older than 30 days is automatically and permanently erased from our live servers. Once purged, this data cannot be retrieved by our engineering team or restored under any circumstances.

5. Your Rights & How to Delete Your Account and Data

In compliance with the Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policy, you maintain complete ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated records.

How to Request Immediate Account & Data Deletion:

You can request the immediate and permanent deletion of your account and all associated device data through any of the following methods:

Online Deletion Portal: Visit our dedicated Account Deletion Request Page and submit your registered email address.
In-App / Dashboard: Navigate to your Account Settings → Security → Delete Account to instantly wipe all personal data.
Direct Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to support@suraxon.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Upon receiving your request, all personal information, login credentials, and synchronized device logs will be permanently and irreversibly purged within 48 hours.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Parental Consent)

Suraxon's parent applications and services are intended solely for use by parents, legal guardians, and authorized account holders aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit direct personal accounts from children under the age of 18.

Any data regarding a minor's device is processed strictly under the supervision and lawful consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian for protective, educational, and family safety purposes in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and global privacy standards.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with vetted, enterprise-grade cloud and infrastructure partners to facilitate our operations:

Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: For user authentication, cloud hosting, and secure database management.
