Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Suraxon, we believe you should have complete control over your personal data. In compliance with the Google Play User Data policy and global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), you can request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion

If you have the Suraxon Parental Control app installed on your phone, you can delete your account immediately:

1. Open the Suraxon app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile / Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the prompt to permanently purge your account and child device logs immediately.

Option 2: Online Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below using the email address associated with your Suraxon account. Our automated systems will verify and permanently delete all records within 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted?

• Account Details: Your name, email address, password hash, profile photo, and phone number.
• Child Device Data: Device hardware identifiers, installed apps, sync tokens, and configuration.
• Activity & Media: GPS coordinates, geofence history, call logs, ambient audio recordings, screen recordings, screenshots, and web browser history.
• Subscriptions: Linkages to Google Play in-app purchase tokens (please cancel recurring subscriptions directly inside your Google Play Subscriptions settings).
